Innoleo® HA is a unique, high-quality grade heptanoic acid that can be used in a variety of applications. The product can be used to build specialty esters for synthetic lubricants to impart unique properties with sustainable qualities. In its salt form, Innoleo® HA is exceptionally good as a corrosion inhibitor for metals such as aluminum, copper, iron, and zinc. Other applications for heptanoic acid and its derivatives are metalworking, paints, antifreeze, and industrial water-based refrigerants.
